Diet & wellness

A plan built around your goal, your health history and the food you already cook — then reviewed with a scale and a tape, not a guess.

How it works

Four steps, and none of them is a crash diet

1

A proper first consultation

Height, weight, medical history, what you actually eat in a normal week, and what you are trying to change. Twenty minutes, not a two-line form.

2

A plan written for you

Built from foods you already buy and cook, with portions and timings you can keep to on a working day — not a printout of somebody else's week.

3

Measured, then adjusted

Weight and measurements are recorded at review, so the plan changes because the numbers changed — not because a month went by.

4

Someone to ask

Festival week, a wedding, a night shift, an illness. The plan bends around your life rather than collapsing the first time life happens.

What we cover

Wellness that accounts for a woman's body

Most generic plans are written for a body that is not yours and a week that is not yours. Ours start from the opposite end.

  • Weight loss and weight gain, both handled properly
  • Eating around PCOS, thyroid and post-pregnancy recovery
  • Fuelling an aerobics, yoga or Zumba routine so you are not exhausted by week two
  • Vegetarian, non-vegetarian and regional food plans
  • Hydration, sleep and stress — the parts of wellness that are not on a plate
Before you book
Do I need a membership?
No. Wellness consultations are open to members and non-members alike, though members usually combine the two.
What should I bring?
Any recent blood test or doctor's note, and a rough idea of what you ate over the last three days. That is enough to start.
How often are reviews?
Monthly by default. If something is not working we would rather change it in week two than wait for the review.
Is this medical advice?
No. We work alongside your doctor, not instead of one — and we will say so plainly if something needs medical attention.
Next step

Start with the consultation

Book a slot, bring your last blood test, and leave with a plan you can actually follow this week.
